Restoration of Avatars

The 'display avatars' option will shortly be switched back on, however to ensure this doesn't place too much demand onto the Trust server, it will initially be necessary to restrict the option to have an avatar to Trust members ONLY.  Hopefully once the stability of the server is assured we will be able to extend this option once again to all messageboard users.

To enable this change to take place, it will be necessary to run a script to remove all avatars from all users; the option to then upload an avater will then be available to all Trust members.

We thank you in advance for your understanding as we work to resolve the recent issues we have experienced.
