Hit on the West Bank history website and randomly clicked on only one street Pitt Street. On there is a picture of 4 McGloin kids from 1914 includinga Charlie McGloin. McGloin rang a bell as an ex Widnes player and low and behold a C McGloin played from 1922. Its almost certainly going to be the same lad.

Yes, Charlie McGloin, the Widnes player, lived at 9 Pitt Street.
