The post-code rule relating to referees has been scrapped.
Won't make much difference to us, I don't think, but Ganson can now referee St Helens matches.
It was always a dodgy Rule, so scrapping it probably makes sense.
Until Ganson gives a penalty for Saints against Wigan in the last minute.

If i rem rightly, in the good old days when a Lancashire side played a Yorkshire side at home then the ref was from yorkshire and vice versa.
