We have exciting news as far as the Panthers are concerned, with the signing of Lee Marsh, he is aged 25, and a stand off or loose forward. He is 6'2" and 16.5 stone. A prolific goal kicker and has played Super League. He has previously been with Salford, Widnes, Oldham and Swinton.

That really annoys me - you can't have a decimal point in the imperial weights and measures system - he is either 16 and 1/2 stones or 16 stones and 7 ozs !!!   Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

Sorry the mists were closing in there  Grin

He's (with all due respect to notres amis de Flyde) a better player than that. He didn't break Albert Blan's 40+ year old points in a season record coz he's no good, but.........

Don't forget, he's got a six match suspension to serve for that biting incident, from when we met Oldham in the play-offs. Maybe the fact he won't be available till about mid-March has put clubs with a higher esteem than Blackpool off signing him.

Prediction? He'll be at Oldham next term!

Spelly.

My girl-friend looked me in the eye, and asked "Do you love me, more than you love Swinton?" I replied "If I said yes, would you believe me?"

Not sure about that Spelly,  Oldham will be in NL1 next year, and he's been found wanting at that level already.
