They've removed the 50% of income limit rule now so they can spend the full ?1.6M this year.
If the Saints, Leeds and Wire squads are under the cap then I wouldn't question theirs.

Did you see that (gotta be careful and PC here) the slightly overweight gentleman (that should satisfy PC police) in the South Stand who was stripped to the waist?
The camera went on him a couple of times during the second half.
I know it's now a summer game, but it's not July yet!
