Shall be going to Old traff tomorrow as ever to pay my respects. very sad indeed. A few of my mates have actually flown out to Germany to be there.
RIP Babes! You'll live on!

I shudder to think what will happen on Sunday if the blues fans don't show any respect.

hhm yes, sad state of affairs really. There are a lot of good people that watch city, and I hope that if there are any who decide to act up, then those good people will hound them for 90 minutes. I hate city, but I respect a lot of their fans, although I do feel there will be quite a bit of trouble on sunday, which is a shame, if they don't respect the silence then there'll be murder on the forecourt, I am told that there will be planned violence if city act up.
Anyway today is about the babes, not some numbskull Man city fans.

Hopefully City fans will respect the silence, particularly as Frank Swift a City legend was also killed in the Munich crash.

On the contrary I absolute despise wire and have zero respect for any of the
galaxyers
.
Either way, on Sunday there will be trouble, that is a fact. Manchester derbies don't go without trouble. It's like saying a 'ghost
spangles
' follows the morning after a dodgy madras, it doesn't happen and you need a good wipe.
I am in Salford Quays at the moment and it is a clear blue day so at least the weather has turned up for the memorial.

I think you should wait for City fans to play up before condeming them.
As you say vast majority of City Fans are decent people just like the vast majority of football fans from all clubs.
I was at Man U watching Everton just after Matt Busby died. The response from the Everton Fans thankfully was good and the Minutes silence well respected.
The only break in the Silence heard clearly all over the Scoreboard end was some idiot shouting at the top of his voice shut up you scouse gits as a few people coming up the steps into the stadium didn't realise their was a minutes silence and were talking (they stopped as soon as they realised what was going on) The idiot could only hear this 100 yards away becuase the silence was so well respected.
If people are talking about planned violence before anything has happened then they are idiots and lacking in respect to their own club and a tragic event in the history of all of manchester.

I would be more worried about the minutes silence being broken tonight at Wembley, from all the home counties
milk-shakers
who follow Chelsea, WHU, Spurs and Arsenal.
RIP the class of '58 and all others lost on that day.

So true mate, you and your supporters have my upmost respect for that, they could so easily have broken it. Same with Bolton one year, I think the only real exception are leeds, but they are
chocolate
, I refuse to argue that with anybody. Simple as.
But I know like you say I shouldn't condemn citeh before the game, but they have been heard chanting the following at recent matches;
* you can stick yer minute's silence up you
word
* We're all going to a Golden jubilee, a golden jubilee
* are we gonna stay silent, are we
galaxy
.
A city mate of mine has told me this, and have seen it on a few footy forums I am on.

SPot on mate, I think there'll be more of a disrup at cockney central tonight, but TBH i couldn't care less about england. They are knuckle dragging lower league morons anyway. Let them disrupt it if they want, I'll be at FC United tonight so I honestly couldn't give a monkeys.

I was allowed to stop work at 15:04 and observe the minutes silence. I hope other people were as fortunate as me and were able to pay their respects to the fallen Babes & the other people who lost their lives so tragically 50 years ago.
