The fact he will be the only one in 2009 (probably) shows how far we are behind the Aussies.
He is one of the very few at the moment good enough to make it.

You are probably right, but they have such a pool of talent that they don't need to look abroad for players anyway the same way we do, and also their Salary Cap's mean that our top players (generally) get paid more over here anyway.

Great to see Ellis going to the NRL. Here's hoping he does as well, if not better, than Morley.
