...for issue 2 of Code13 Rugby League Magazine.

He told me that Wakefield have submitted plans for their ground and they have had them passed, and that Wakefield are in a "very strong" position for a franchise. He also said about how teams like Wakey, Saints etc should be given time to get their grounds sorted, because the plans and approval take time and they cant be rushed...

Take of that what you will. Issue 2 of Code13 mag is out on Feb 29th. Issue 1's still available, it was out on 25th Jan, priced at ?2. If you want more info, drop me a PM or post here, it's a cheaper (better) alternative to RLW Wink

Absolute twaddle from Brough, but to be fair he could hardly say anything else.  Mind you, I also suspect that is also exactly what will happen, so the teams like us and Leigh who actually have made strides to meet the ground criteria will just get overlooked to accomodate the existing teams who make vague noises about new grounds.  Come on RFL - prove me wrong and show some balls!

To be fair brough is probably the puppet in all this repeating what his employers have said when he stormed into the chairmans office saying I would of had better chance of playing in SL next year with Castleford than with you jokers !!!! Cheesy:D:D
