Well done Swan lads, fantastic result. Truly starting to hit form.

Interesting that there were 3 or may be 4 sides from Div 3 beating Div 2 opposition. Just shows how intensly competitive 3 is.

Excellent result for the Swans I agree. Thought they would beat Finch today but certainly not by the margin they did. Really hitting some form now. A shame its probably too late to get them promotion?

Only Blackpool out of Division 3 beat a Division 2 side along with the Swan. They beat struggling Thatto which is a very good result.

Having said that 2 Division 3 sides also beat Division 1 sides  Shocked Shocked Shocked. And Spring View who look to be a top side (currently unbeaten) easily defeated Ulverston.

Good wins for the Albert, Moorfield, Maries NWC side and Farnworth. Also Simmies proive even with a couple of top players injured what a great side they are with another hammering.

Pretty good day for Widnes teams really.

One other noticable result was as leppo mentioned Roose winning at Ashton. Massive win for Roose who are top of division 2 beating an excellent Ashton side who are top of division 1 (having lost only once) on their own patch.

Bring on the next round draw!!!

NWC have the Hindpool V East result wrong, It was infact 24 - 34 to Leigh East.
I know a few guys from Roose and they are a top side and im sure will hold there own in div 1 next season, that is assuming they go up.

Sorry it was mean't to say Div 2 or higher. If take into consideration Folly Lane and Latchford Albion results it is actually 4.
