Simon Finegan has been cautioned for carrying a toy revolver at TJIs in Prestwich, I presume it was a Reds player whos party it was as they all hang around that area.  A member of the public rang police saying the believe to have seen 2 men with a gun and a holdall. 

After staking them out for several hours they pounced and took him for questioning!!!

I have just read it in the Evening News.

I don't see how the police can really even justify arresting him. Yes investigate it but why arrest him?

He was a caution which he will carry can you imagine going for a job interview and saying yes I have got a conviction i have been cautioned for carrying an imitation firearm!! but it doesnt matter I was at a fancy dress!!! Shocking

i dont no why the police arrested him for carrying a fire arms coz he would of probably dropped it anyway
