Loving the new stats fuction on the SL website:

2005 Metres made
1st Terry O'Connor = 4104m

2005 Tackles
8th Mick Cassidy =  630
21st Mark smith = 529

2005 Try assists
20th Owen Craigie = 13 (bring back Craigie appeal starts here)

2005 missed tackles:
6th Jim Gannon = 52
8th Daniel Frame = 52
9th Dennis Moran = 51
17th Mick Cassidy = 46

2005 Penalties
6th Daniel Frame = 21

2005 errors
3rd Jason Demetriou = 32
5th Dennis Moran = 30
17th Gray Viane = 24 (Not bad going considering how few games he played)

2006 Errors
8th Jason Demetriou = 28
13th Gray Viane = 26

2007 errors
13th Jason Demetriou = 26

2006 Missed tackles
5th Lee Briers = 56

2007 Missed tackles
joint 1st Lee Breirs = 70

Not sure how much you can read into this stuff, but anyone else find this type of thing interesting.

Interesting?

Yes, but I would have to looking for the info for one reason or another, most probably to settle a disagreement, I'm afraid I'm not one of those people who can quote stuff like this off the top of my head, so it then seems pointless to me to read it in the first place.

However, my hubby loves stuff like this.

And my mates Roxie and Tinyx.

Keep it coming!

Did you know that 87.5% of all statistics are made up on the spot?   Wink

considering how little he played that year and how unfit he was thats a staggering stat and shows just what a talent to rugby league thats gone to waste.
