society - what it has come to

A freind of my family came round to our house this morning, he has a 5 year old son, I took thomas (young'uns name) round to the corner shop at the top of Farnworth street. Anyway there were a group of low-life CHAVS on the corner by the shop effing and blinding, so basically I ask them if they'd tone it down as I am with a 5 year old child at which point they turn to me and utter '
galaxy
off if the kid doesn't like it he should cover his ears'.
Is this what it has really come to? Swearing in front of minors who are just 4-5 years old? I am only 19 myself and these
chocolate-bags
can't have been much younger than me. Disgusted!
It is about time some respect was shown towards others on the streets, why have these little scrotes taken over. They all seem so keen to have a fight, well I'll tell you what give them their papers and send them to Iraq.

mat. I can swear and shout, but never at a woman or a child. There seem to be a distinct lack of morals.

These are probably the same scrotes who then hang around in the graveyard all evening, screeching and shouting.
God only knows how folk can go pay their respects to their loved ones no longer here if they have to contend with that.
Is there no longer a Community bobby in Farnworth?
We have one - a female - and everyone knows her by her name and she has more or less wiped out any gangs of youths and their behaviour.

Just thinking back to the days of old ie Naughton Park, people would shout and swear at the players and people accepted it as the norm. Now in the new stadium its not acceptable and people are educated not to do it, if they do others get onto them or the Stewards step in. I sit behind some lads who get really involved in the game and they have uttered the odd swear word, but they dont do it as a matter of course anymore. Until society in general says enough is enough it will continue....dont look to Politicans and Police to sort these things they wont until the People tell them to (and even then if Politicians think they will get more votes from the
chocolate
of this world they wont bother their heads about it).

Not in my younger days they didnt, not in the prescence of children or women anyway. If you had women/children with you and somebody swore (not realising the women/children where there), you would get an immediate sincere apology. With regards to todays yobbos, it all started when the cane was banned in schools. Thats where the lack of discipline and respect started its sad decline into todays scumbag yobbo society.

Interestingly, this was being debated by Jon Nichols on Talk Sport driving back from County, he spoke of a group of 3 14/15 yr olds who had thumped and punched and kicked a boy of a similar age until he was comatosed. Smashing into his skull with their elbows despite him being unconscious. One of them said (allegedly) to the Judge, that he was glad he had done it, he hoped he died and he deserved it.
Jon Nichols went on to discuss is Britain Broken? How he himself walked past 2 teenage girls sitting outside a shop, one of them flicked their cigarette stump at his shoe, he turned and told them to use the bin. He was told to
galaxy
off. He says that years ago he would have addressed that, but now he walked on by. Why? Because he doesn't want a knife in his shoulder blades, because the scrotes of today's society "
have no fear, no fear of consequences, or of the law
" and it made me go cold because no matter what we all say, how up in arms we are, no matter what the politicians spout or the police police, nothing will change.

Spot on. Also people need to stand up and be counted. A scroat was relieving himself at the edge of my driveway and I had to chuck a bucket of water to was away the pee. Mind you, most of it went over him!

The Late Shop @ Farnworth was held up last night around 8ish. and soon after there was a little scrote in the chippy bragging about how he knew who did it and how the police had pulled him but he kept shtum. If he was any way decent himself he would have given the description to the police.
He doesn't want to be seen as a grass
.
My concern isn't really for the money/goods that may have been taken but for the workers who were caught up in the episode.

Five years ago three lads and a girl, all aged about 16ish were outside my gate, having a nice little party on the kerb at 2 in the morning, laughing, screeching, and smashing a few bottles.
I was in the house on my own, but had had enough.
I didn't call the police, 'cos I knew it would take forever for them to arrive, so I filled a bucket of water and went out, politely asked them to move on, and was told, predictably, to ** off.
I threw the water, and then I let the dog on them.
He didn't bite any of them, but they didn't come anywhere near me as they shouted. I then wondered what I was supposed to do next, as the implication of what I had done finally dawned on me, when the bloke next door came out and calmly said, 'I have it on camera, how you were peeing over the gate and this lady came out to wash it away, and somehow, you all got in the way of the water after she had told you she was removing it' I looked at him gobsmacked, the kids started really effing, 'I also have each of you in individual still photos, just in case I have any trouble identifying any of you should anything else happen around here. Did I forget to mention I am a police officer serving with Greater Merseyside police?' He just stood and looked at them.
These kids went away pretty fast and I jsut stood there looking at this bloke, who burst out laughing and said he wasn't a police officer, he worked as a plumber! Neither did he have a camera, still or otherwise!
The guy moved two months later, to Australia, sometimes I wish he was still here!
We all have to stand up to these little bullies, and the police/courts have to stand up for US!

He also wants to be seen untouchable. Which, in a way he is. I'm sure you didn't tackle him over it (not that I would have done myself), and that is why. Some people need a good hiding, and I could spot a couple of hundred when walking through Widnes town centre today.
Another thing that I have noticed is that young people (teenagers) stick two fingers up at the police, i.e. when they're on the bus and the officer is walking by. Surely not the mischief that was granted with a clip round ear when a lot of you people were younger.
The parents are the main source of these problems. Bone idle

who don't care what time their kids arrive home, go in the shop for them, and think that society owes them something. Again you can spot these down Widnes town centre, Runcorn Shopping City, and Prescot Tesco wearing PJ's. Dis-Gus-Ting.

I didn't tackle him over it for the same reasons that you or any other normal person would in this day and age - but I did the next best thing

I bet there wasn't a bobby to be seen anywhere either.
I walked past the police station the other night, Wednesday I think, at 7.45 going to Asda, and it was in darkness.
Now, don't get me wrong, Widnes must be a lovely little hamlet with no trouble at all for the bobbies to pack up early an go home for tea and toast, but it doesn't half advertise open house for all the naughtie people.
There is no detterant on the street, these pond life no marks have the run of the town.
Pretty soon, something will give big time and the judicial system won't know whats hit it when the ordinary fold retaliate.
