Yeah Right!
I would love for this to happen, he would get slaughtered! Especially considering Nat's post!

And it's been mentioned that he's after a 60,000 pound contract. How can he or his agent justify that.

Well, lets be honest here, the only thing he can currently bring to the club is media coverage, and possibly, after much training and learning of rules, speed on the wing.

In my eyes, that does not justify an amount of 60k, or even half that, so I am assuming the 60k is a joke, right?

I assume it would have an Olympic related get out clause?

Your probably right King Viking, but I just find that figure which has been touted around in the media a bit insulting.Especially to the lads who are not even on that amount and a drugs cheat can decide that he wants more publicity by declaring an interest in RL for which he knew nothing about and then put a price on it.

THG is the drug a certain Mr Chambers took.

It's real name is Tetrahydrogestrinone, but I'm sure you clever people out there can think of something far more apt as to what the three letters stand for!

Over to you mes amis!

How can he appear in the Olympics? It's an automatic lifetime ban isn't it?

I know it's supposed to be a lifetime ban, but on TV the other night they were speculating that there was a remote possibility he could get Olympic call up.

I think the situation is disgusting.

its not a lifetime ban, ben johnson ran again in the 100m after he served his ban,

i think chambers not being allowed to be selected is due to a british olympic committee rule saying they would not select anyone banned for durgs,

did that woman 400m runner who refused to turn up for drugs tests ever get her ban over turned btw? (not rugby related i'm just interested)

Spot on MV...  whilst the 'International' ban lasts two years, the BOA (British Olympic Association) impose a lifetime ban from Olympic competition; it is this ruling that Chambers is looking to have overturned.
