done their very best to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, the saints should have won this easily but  were undermined by indiscipline on/off the pitch which seemed to leave the coaching staff rearing their hair out, saints best were 17, 5 [ poss2 think his name bob] and ben [young lad who plays SO for the tigers] , great game to watch though

I'd agree with you there spud... the indiscipline was very costly; in fact after the first big dust up, I got the impression that the referee threatened both coaches with abandoning the game unless both sides got things under control.

I thought the Saints were by far the most skillful side out there, but there was not enough time spent playing rugby, and too much spent on 'being physical'.

As an aside, I did have to chuckle at the scenes from Casualty every time one of the Rangers players went down... I know the young ladies are University students learning about sports physiotherapy, but rugby is a tough game and having a five minute stoppage every time a player takes a hit was getting a bit silly!

Great pics looks like a good turn out.

Anyone know the starting line up as it looks like an good mix of lads.

What was Edgy doing at the end, was Haddock floored by the big no.10 and Edgy help out?
