Since the 1950s we have had quite a few Mylers at the club, but how many of them are related and to which others ?

I just had a look at 'rugby.widnes.tv' and came up with :

Frank, Eddie and Jack in the 1950s and 1960s
Tony and John in the 1970s and 1980s
Danny, Paul, Stephen and Richard in more recent times

I am fairly sure that John and Tony are brothers and both nephews of Frank but what about the others ?

I know Richard is only a Myler due to his stepdad being Rob Myler who played RL for most of his career I think at Warrington. He also signed for Widnes but didnt play a game before going to RU.
I don't think Rob Myler is related to any of the others but I could be wrong.

Think Frank, Tony, John, Danny and Stephen are related. Don't know who know who Eddie and Jack are and again I don't think Paul comes under the same Mylers but I could be wrong.

Jack and Eddie were brothers to each other and cousins to Frank.

Tony and John are brothers. Their dad, Tony Myler Senior, is Frank's brother.

Steven is John's son.

Danny is some relative of that family. His brother Vinny played for Bradford but he's not a close relative of Paul, so far as I know.

Not sure about Rob Myler, Richard's step-dad. Richard Myler is great-nephew to Doug Laughton who, in turn, is descended from Paddy Douglas and Jerry Laughton, the 1930 Wembley halfbacks.   Smiley

Frank is great uncle (their grandads brother)

Thus Tony and John are 2nd cousins.. (who are nephews of frank - Tony snr their dad)

Steven is Johns lad
