Question: In the 70's did Widnes have an Australian player called Peek, I believe he came over with Chris Anderson, and is he Adam Peek's (Celtic Crusaders) father

Checked with the heritage site and it was in fact John Peek, obviously with only 7 games he didn't see much first team action.  I am sure his try was against Swinton in the cup, one of my last visits to Station Road, what would the game give for a ground of that potential now (mind you the RFL thinks they are getting one at Barton for Salford!).
