If you read Doug Laughtons book he mentions about a player being a disruptive influence during his time at Leeds....and it wasn't Ellery Hanley as most people think!!
He had to deal with about three cliques there, if I remember correctly. Any coach with a team containing Hanley, Schofield and Gregory is likely to be running around fighting fires. All three are massive characters, with egos to match, and all were disruptive I'd bet. Each player sounded himself with allies amongst the squad. I'd say it would be difficult to pick out just one of them as the 'disruptive influence'.
