  I'm looking to get intouch with whoever wrote the original articles for the hall of fame . In particular my grandfather , Nat , if anyone can help I will be extremely grateful thanks .

There was a book published by the Echo in 1989 by Leslie Woodhead, with some photographs and a cartoon of the Great Nat Silcock. I have a copy and it makes goo reading.

I know that the 'Wirral Connection' means our very own Yoda occasionally speaks with Steve Fox...  might be worth seeing if she can put the two of you in touch?
