RL masterclass. Go Warringah!

Not only that, it proves that only truly great sides can come back from imminent defeats into magnificent victories in the WCC.

Perhaps it's just me but the constant 'Moooooooooooove' shout from the reff is annoying.

Sort of negates the fact Leeds get to play "at home" in Leeds whereas Manly have to travel half way across the world? Wink

Officials are meant to be neutral  Undecided   The venue seems to be more to do with pleasing those that organise the game!

Hang on, Leeds were champions last year, does that mean in 12 months we've all gone rubbish and the NRL clubs are all great?  Manly were superb tonight but still only won the game by 8 points, I don't think thats a huge gap.

Best team on the night won.. With or without a little help from the ref... Found it strange listening to the way Sinfield was addressing the ref towards the game.. I thought Sinfield was speaking to one of his mates he was being that friendly and chatty with him !!!

It would be more neutral if it alternated between the competing countries... but the Aussies are never exactly up for hosting this one.

I think the final penalty count was 15-11 to Leeds, so he wasnt that biased.....

Just got back from Elland Road, they were miles faster and I don't think the tele does 'em justice. Orford was calling plays 3/4 tackles ahead and it will take a good team to take Manly Warringha on this year. It shows how good they are when Lyon does not do anything for them yet he was man of steel over here?

Can imagine the Aussie press will have an absolute field day with this result, happily calling our SL comp 2nd tier. Must admit, I thought the Sea Eagles eased up towards the end to allow a respectable scoreline. The 3 tries in the 6 minute spell was just embarrasing. Maybe this and the World Cup farce does put the standard of our game into perspective.
