Widnes Saints start training on Thursday next 23.04.09 for their first game at Brentfields v Blackpool Sea Eagles Kick Off 2.30 pm. All players from both codes and from all clubs are welcome. If interested ring George Harland (07523-683047), Ronnie (07790-417573) or Boz on 07939-850857. Much more interesting than shopping on a Saturday.

I see that both Saints and Runcorn have the same home and away pattern, which is a shame for fans who'd happily go to watch whichever side is at home.

Is it a league rule that all gamnes are now Saturday at 2.30pm Huh   I know last season I also watched a few of the Lymm home games as they played on Friday evenings.

Good turn out tonight Kev?

With the Maries entering a side in the NCL Summer Competition, will that weaken the Saints side this year?
