Easter programme

Once again we have coaches complaining about two games being played over the Easter period...funny really because the only ones that you hear complaining are the usually those coaching teams that have lost, or Aussie coaches.
Teams have always had two fixtures at Easter and over the Christmas period, and when they did it years ago they played a lot more games than they do at present, and only two subs compared to todays numerous interchanges....and they all had jobs to.

With a very heavy ball. Chuck Reynolds used to work shifts at the ICI and when he was on 6/2 he used to cycle to the Ground from Moss Bank and get there just 10 mins before the 2.30 kick off. No subs, no rests.
