for those who know ste hunt. he has been in hospital for a routine heart op. which i am sorry to say has ended up in him having a stroke. he is doing well at woolton hospital but is still being kept in....... for those who know ste. will understand the seriousness of this. it could end up in him callng it a day on his coaching career. also his ticket to australa with the great britain community lions U18's in august. i would just like to let him know that every1 at the maries and im sure in widnes is wishing him the best of luck in what is hopefully a speedy recovery........

A run of really horrible news for the Maries recently
Might prove inspirational on Monday... I'm sure that the lads will be giving their all for both Ste and Tony.

Lets hope Ste is back on his feet pretty soon, life is so fragile at times, as my old man used to say " you only get one go at this game" how right he was, Good Luck to Ste, i will be gutted for him if it does mean he cannot go on the Tour with the lads he brought into the HCR Studios a couple of weeks back, they were so looking forward to it aswell.
