Congratulations to the girls today for winning the student national final at Batley 28 -12. They finished the season 11 games unbeaten and today took the trophey against Leeds Uni. We played up hill first half a tip for anyone that ever plays at Batley.

It has been a real pleasure to coach the girls this season, with a squad of 22 and only 3 that have played rugby before they have worked really hard and have earned their reward. Well done girls. Wink

Thanks Gary, nearly worked for Batley too, Leigh were 18 - 0 up after 20 minutes playing down hill, Batley nearly turned it round scoring 16 unanswered points second half. That's some hill! Grin
