A great event, and i believe an invitation is in the pipeline for a Amatuer select to take on the world cup winners, a short training session in the chairs will be provided before the game, it could also involve a trust team and a messageboard team with a trophy up for grabs, if anyone is interested then please let us know, this really is a great game which is unique and can be played by young and old, male and female, able and disabled all on the same pitch and boy do you ache afterwards. Talking to the team manager Phil Roberts, many of the Superleague players for Bradford and Wigan have had a go and said it was more demanding than the 'running' version of the game. Some of the clubs have used the game to help returning players get back up to speed and build fitness after injury.

have also heard that the amateur challenge may be broadened as Liverpool St Helens said that they would like to take part in a future event and we have been contacted by Warrington disability forum and Wire Trust member to say they would like to get involved in any future exhibition. This could end up a challenge of the Towns!
