West Bank Swans pre -season training will be starting on Thursday 11th June 19.00 at Leigh Rec, all players old and new are more than welcome to attend.

Good work out to-night  the lads seemed to be enjoying getting back to training...never seen so meny happy faces... they did what was asked of them and had a laugh also ..carnt be bad.
Same again next Thursday please note 7.00pm Leigh Rec old and new players welcome..even if you have not played for years come along and get yourself fit ....and if you fancy a run out this season in the NWC 2nd Div you should get your chance.

Never played the game before...no problem you will be made most Welcome at West Bank Swans..Come along and give it a go or PM me for info....there is only one thing stopping you and thats yourself....

Forget the friendly we spoke about at training with Irish club Tallaght to be played at Bangor... I have been on to them and they are looking for game October/ March....we would have to see if we have a free week from the NWC games and were up for it numbers wise.
