With no other Widnes teams than Simmies and the Maries (1sts) coming close to ever beating the Swan, it amazes me that none of the players planning a move ever try the Swan. Good young side, well run club and a great crack off the field.

Well thats one in the keep net with litte baiting needed.  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

BTW - Crawl back into your shell. I am far to wise and experienced in this game for their to be a need to come down to earth. Why don't you try it?

BigSamB, when will you realise that getting to the widnes cup final and losing is no great achievement. The Swan have won nothing bar promotion from garbage lower divisions. And from some of your posts on this forum over the last six months you sound like an over exited Paul Cullen!!!!!!!!!

I am not a knocker of any team, but the Swan seem to think they are above Farnworth, Tigers and West Bank. These three clubs have established themselves over a number of years by YES, WINNING THINGS. It will take the Swan years and many a good season to be in the same catergory as these lesser teams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wind ya neck inTrent, BigsamB never said the Swan were above those teams, he said they wouldnt beat the Swan, Do you not remeber the Widnes cup score against Farnworth?
The tigers and West Bank have not yet beaten the Swan, in fact only the Simmies and the Maries have from Widnes(well the Ball did aswell I suppose)

So his point stands.
