What I love most about Barries commentaries is his "tips for youngsters" watching........he does at least one every time he is on.

He should make a feature of it, him and Tez could then demonstrate weekly on B&A!!

On boots n'all last year, Eddie was talking to Andy Wilson and they must have been on about Wigan, next minute Wilson refers to Hock as Gareth C**k before correcting himself - I thought to myself, he was right 1st time.

(can we make this a sticky)

..............Commentator gaffes

Barrie Mac during last nights HKR/Pies game; " you don't need to be a rocket surgeon"

although he classically called Oldham "the birthplace of the tubular bandage" last thursday at York

There's been loads, there will be loads more. Keep your ears open Forum!

That is correct in fact there is/was a railway bridge on the way in to Oldham that had written on it "WELCOME TO OLDHAM HOME OF THE TUBULAR BANDAGE"

I remember Eddie Waring saying "He's kicked the ball into the empty crowd"
