The rules say September 1st but I think there's pretty much an unwritten agreement between all clubs that allows out of contract players to talk. If clubs want to keep a player they've usually decided by now.

Fletcher is a good forward but how old is he now? You have to move on. We should be trying to sign Pickersgill longterm from wire. does anyone know if he is in their long term plans?

Fletch' is 28 according to the official site,hope we don't lose him as he's really come into form at the moment.
