A civic reception will be held by the Mayor of Halton this Friday 7th August at Runcorn Town Hall of which Halton Simms Cross have been invited to attend as commemoration of their outstanding acheivements over the course of the last year.

I think there will be a presentation of some kind, speaches etc. along with a buffet and refreshments for guests.

Anyone wishing to attend from Simmies needs to get to training to secure a place. Not sure on the numbers but am sure someone on here can add further details?!

Meeting time tomorrow is 6.45pm at Widnes Bowling Club, and it is booked for 40 people.
Any player from last season & this seasons squads (1st & 2nd teams) are invited.
