Widnes Saints have no game this week as New Broughton are unable to field a side. Widnes Saints now play in the Regional Playoff Final next week against the winner of tonights game betwen Lymm and Wigan Riversiders.
HOWEVER Widnes St Maries have arranged a friendly against Thatto Heath so ALL available players should turn up between 12.00 and 12.30pm for a 2.30pm kick off. This will be the last game before our opener against Siddall on August 22nd. Please note in line with Premier rules the entrance fee to NCL matches will be £2 with the usual elderly and young concessions. All matches have to be filmed and copies will be available at a small fee.
What a joke. Runcorn fought tooth and nail to lose out on a playoff place by points diff. NB should be booted out, Wigan pushed into 3rd and us into 4th. Makes a mockery of the league.
