I think Penny may play more of a role at Wire this year, especially considering Carney not playing next year. Don't think they have signed any wingers have they?

I think you mean 'he is more agile' or 'has better agility'

I'd take Penny. He has proven himself in this league with last years performances.

And his enthusiasm was infectious,a real tryer.

I think Penny is great, I would love to have him back here. Everyone who watches SL goes on about his mistakes, but to be honest, for us, he made very few. Never realised just how good his handling was when challenging for the high ball. Providing the kick is good enough, almost every time we kick to his side he either forces a drop out or scores a try. I think there was one against Gateshead where he caught it and then went head over heels as the defender took him out - was a wonderful leap and catch and would have been a certain try if it wasn't for the foul play against him.

Getting Penny in would be great for the club and brings a bit of much needed excitement but he's not going t improve in NL 1 as much as it would be great for the team and club.

And with PC coaching him there could be a great player. Some criticised Offiah for his defence, but his handling was superb, and to understate it, he was quite fast!  Penny is a young man and will improve.
