I obviously had to do some calculations for that one:

2009 - 1895 = 114 years:

Say 530 points a season @ 30 games a season (say on average) = 18 points a game on average:

530 x 114=

60,420 and I rounded it up.

Dont forget that tries were only worth 3 points for X number of years during that time though, so I'd imagine games are a lot more high scoring now than they used to be Wink

Minus the war years.

Also for the first few years in RL/NU it was rare to get over 200 pts - 31,000 off the top of my head without getting the calculator out.

The correct answer is..... 56,530 .... Beano the nearest with 58,000  Grin

Points conceded = 48,789 .... giving overall points difference of +7,741
