Whatever happened to Karl Pratt? Went to Doncaster after his Bradford days IIRC but can't remember anything after that.

He had to retire with a shoulder injury.

Gareth Hughes never made it as a professional and I believe finished playing the game after U16s. Stuart Yates was a very talented stand off who signed academy terms for Widnes but had to retire after contracting an illness of some sort that I believe affected his immune system. He doesn't play anymore anyway.

John Evans was incredibly talented as a young player and as has been said, was attracting interest from every club in the league. But, if I can remember, he had a terrible home life and had to live with grandparents. He struggled to make training and I believe at around 15/16 fell in with the wrong crowd. I used to see him hanging around the bongs late at night when I was walking the dog, and I had had an involvement with the Hornets and he used to speak. He would often be drinking and such.
Such a shame. He is constantly in trouble with the police now.

John Evans was an unreal talent.  Played in the same teams as him at West Bank and then The Appleton under Ste O'neil.  There was no limit to where he could have gone, but sadly as has been mentioned it didnt work out for him for whatever reason.
