He played for England Schoolboys (as he went to school in England - anyone with any nationality could play for them if they went to school in England), so strictly speaking didn't play for an England national representative team.

The Aussies and Kiwis use Pacific Island players who could qualify for the likes of Fiji, Tonga, Samoa, PNG etc.  However a lot of them are born in Austraila or NZ or moved over at a young age.  Jarrod Hayne is a recent example, played for Fiji in the rugby league world cup and then Australia in the 4 nations.
