IMO its not the right thing to do, thats why i made the comments.

when clubs sign any player to first grade, they always announce it..
when pickersgill, or loan players came to the club did they have to make a name for themselves before it went on the site ??

Please tell me, why would they wait until the games were finished ?

if they dont play 100% will they be released from their contracts ?

Cant understand were your coming from argueing about an innocent post. When the official website is always the last place to look if you want info on u 18's match fixtures, reports ect ....
There are enough people posting on here about the lack of info on the website.
They dont have player profiles for the 18's like all the other clubs, which is not the end of the world. But when you click on the reserves it doesnt even name the team.....

I take great interest in the reserves and u18's, watching as many matches as i can. Its just anoyying when to find out information you have to go to other clubs websites to find things out, read match reports etc..

Sorry if this upsets you mate, but im only being honest...

The U18's fixtures are ALWAYS on the official site.
Since Phase 2 started there have been full match reports---think I might know who does them Wink
Clubs will release information, like any business, when it is the appropriate time to do so and it is sometimes disappointing that rumours (correct or otherwise) are leaked beforehand, which result in "the club never tells us anything" comments.  There is enough negativity around without any more being added.
The lack of reserve fixtures is disappointing when all the other fixtures are listed.

Their is nothing wrong with being honest but there is plenty wrong in adding comments like "But then again nothing unusual for Widnes......"   One negative comment about a club or business does far more damage then a positive one.

when the games are and what position they have with the club eg signed or not. I like to turn up for the odd home game ( reserves or 18s ) and only for this guy sammo posting the time date and venue I probably would'nt go. I suppose I could waite until october when the season is over as sugested for the club to post.

1. Sammo does a great job mentioning the reserves and U18s/U16s.  Only the reserves do not have their fixtures on the official site so there is no excuse for not knowing the other fixtures and venues.  The last two U18s games the official site has also promoted the matches.
2. The last comment "I suppose I could wait until October...." is unneccessary as my posting about waiting till the end of the U18s season was about signings not fixtures.

Fortunatley the 18s phase one match reports were ( leaked as you say ) which has hopfully encouraged other to watch phase two.I would of thought it was good PR to keep fans informed instead of getting leaked incorrect information how could that harm the club  obviously I have no connection with the club only a fan but maybe you know who has.  Wink Wink
