Naturally pleased, but it shows how valuable that bonus point (if we had kicked the goal of course) would now be!

It was meant as a joke, if they had won there would of been 3 points between us and SHEFFIELD. Smiley

What a sad state of affair when we are relying on other teams results.
Season over I am afraid. Clearout needed.

The way we have played we don't deserve them anyway. Onwards and upwards to next season  Grin

Saying that, I still think we'll snatch 6th  Wink

Our chances of geting in the play offs, are still in our own hands. If we win 3 out of our last 4 games, we will qualify, probably in 5th place.

At the moment the table is like this:

5th Sheffield 32 pts (-9)
6th Batley     27 pts(+21)
7th Toulouse 27 pts(-113)
8th Widnes   26 pts(+71)

The remaining fixtures are:

Sheffield: Halifax h Widnes a and Leigh a
Batley:     FR h Whitehaven a and Halifax a
Toulouse: Widnes h Halifax h and Leigh a
Widnes: Toulouse a Sheffield h  Barrow a and Keighley a

Looking at that, it's quite possible Sheffield will lose all 3 matches( i imagine they  won today, because feathestone are guaranteed 1st place unless they lose all their games by about 30 points) , Batley will win 1 or posssibly 2 if Featherstone dont turn up, and Toulouse will probably lose all 3 games(if we beat them).

So looking at that, we win 3 out of our 4 games and we finish 5th. It's all down to our coaches and players.
