Sorry, Niel W, but promrtion & relegation, though most peoples preference does not stop clubs going into administration. In fact was the basis of our trouble not the fact that we assembled a squad of players to get promotion and "borrowed" money based on that promotion and future income. Though i prefer P&R, if a club is run properly, the dreaded 3 year franchise should offer clubs greater financial security and stability. The key words obviously RUN PROPERLY
