Graham should take his players off the pitch now, there is no point playing 14 men!

ref is avin a stinker.  cant fault the effort of england, just cant cope with intensity of australians game.

o'loughlin is avin a stinker & tomkins cant get a sniff apart from returning aussie kicks.  c'mon coach make a change give tomkins a chance

A chance to what? get destroyed in the halfs and shown up there as well and again? Face it our "world class" SL players have been shown for what they are  RUBBISH....We'll be lucky to beat PNG next week and I said that at the start of the tournament.

I'm still unsure about how the video ref missed the knock on. England made lots of errors in their own half early on in the tackle count but the ref, TJ's and video ref were terrible. We would struggle to beat the Aussies (who to be fair played pretty well, espec the mistake free 1st half hour!) playing well with a half decent ref so when you cough up possession so easily in those positions AND get that many decisions go against you then we had no chance.

One thing stood out to me today as I missed the game last week, that being our squad line up!

It seems that, as in football, we are starting to see a National Team which contains none of our league star players as they are all foreigners!
Did we have a captain on the pitch today? Even the commentators mentioned that Sam Tomkins was our main threat - hardly blooded in international games and he is considered our best?

I acknowledge the fact that a few players are missing, but they wouldn't save us!

PNG are regarded as the 'joke' team. Let's see who laughs last!

Its not england thats a joke, it the officals in the game today. Having an Australian referee controling a game with Australia in is rediculous!
Can you imagine refereeing a Wire or Leigh game you would find it extremely difficult to not be bias, even when their not against your own team. when your team is playing you are going to be bias swallow your pride australia and let a Kiwi official referee the game!

The International game is an absolute joke at the minute its a disgrace, were only going backwards.

I can't understand why anbody expected anything  different.  We haven't done well against Australia or NZ for that matter for many years now particularly away from home.  Add a poor coach who couldn't cut the mustard within SL and we get exactly what I for one expected.

You can't imagine it as a fan, but refs are doing a job and they generally dont care who wins. I thought England were wrong to make so many changes today. It was a fine effort and a couple of calls went against us, but we lost far too much possession and the Aussies had six sets of 6 more than us as half time approached. You can't beat them with stats like that. I thought Benji Marshall made Tompkins looke average last week, but this week he looked less than that. 15 years of Super league have put us further behind the Southern sides than ever.SKY gloss over our failings every week and today they were clutching at straws. Its time to get real and play OUR game in a way that suits US, instead of trying to emulate the Aussies and filling our game with their coaches and players.

Anybody considered that this squad was never about this years Tri-Naions and maybe more about 2013 world cup?

Yes a complete joke in the officiating, but I personally felt the players out there today put there all in and compared fairly well againt a better team.

I felt ,considering it was his debut, that Cudjoe was close to being englands MOM, along with westwood

Apart from the fact Cudjoe went missing for their 1st try , leaving a massive hole in the defensive line, he did quite well.

That's what stevo said but if they were in a sliding defence trying man on man surely it was O'Loughlins mistake more than Cudjoes?
