Hi

Hope you dont mind the intrusion...as some of you may or may not know but i have been involved in some levels of Conditioning for Rugby league.

I have a new Bootcamp course starting in Widnes on the 17th of April (Sunday)...open to everyone on the forum.

The exercises and routines that we use are used by a lot of Professional Players in Superleague and National leagues.

If you are interested in having a go we have an offer of 4 weeks for the price of 3. YOU WILL burn bodyfat, increase your fitness, and increase muscle tone.
You DONT have to be mega fit to do it...just up for a bit of hard work and having a laugh whilst doing it!

Truck Tyres, Kettlebells, sledghammers, Training Ropes, Olympic rings etc....loads of cool exercises. If i can get enough people off the board interested I will put on
a FREE class specially. You would need to round up 10-12 people to do this. You choose your location and I will come to you....

Cheers

I could do with taking part in something like this...I'm a lazy twix and need someone to motivate me into exercising. Thing is, I actually enjoy exercise, but can't be worded most of the time. Hence the belly.

Get involved lad. Once you've got a few people around you doing the same it makes it a lot more enjoyable.

Like i mentioned, if anyone is unsure about booking onto the first course, then I will put on a special one off if you can get together enough people. OR you could
just grab this by the balls and come and get involved....watch your body change shape.

Althernatively if you are still nervous or unsure, come and watch the first session on the 17th April at Spike Island.
