Three years ago, if someone had said that in three years time Widnes would be one of the most financially stable clubs in rugby would you have believed that? I'm not going to pretend I have any sort of secret info on this, its just a hunch, a guess, a feeling! I think we are about to be the biggest news in British RL since the announcement of SL. .....and I will stake my reputation on it. (stop sniggering!) |

I said something similar on another board. Would we be in this position now had one of the other two bids been successful as well intentioned as they both may have been? We have been very very fortunate. |
