I'd like to see Shaun Wane be given a chance - he has proved to be an exceptional assistant coach and seems to be admired and respected by everyone within the club. One consideration is however, is he well known enough to attract big signings from other SL clubs or NRL clubs? The coach is always an influential factor in a player's decision to sign for a club, which is why we should be announcing who our coach will be as soon as we are allowed to. Will DB on present form be a coach who attracts top quality SL and NRL players? How many will take the risk of him doing a better job with his own hand-picked squad than the one he has inherited at the moment ?
