They were a bigger side and started tom use their beef in the second half!  Good show by our lads though -m many are nowhere near 18 yet!

Some poor defence but generally good technique.  Atkin looks very promising. Grin

No--not in the reserves.  Jason has only had one full game for the Academy and has started well.

Harlequins were the bigger side? Not sure I agree with that - Widnes certainly had the biggest player on the field in Adam Lawton and the No8, Davies, was the next biggest, otherwise both sides looked to be pretty even to me. It was a good game - Harlequins substituted enthusiasm for skill much of the time, but it kept them in contention. Their No8 and 10 were very aggressive and gave our lads some stiff competition. Widnes the best team overall and never reaqlly in danger of losing.
