In response to the question;
Who are the four young men?

Chris Percival, Neil Percival, Dave Percival & Mark Percival.

All excellent rugby league players.

Ps.  As was John Percival, their dad.

Anybody in Widnes who knows anything about RL played over the last 20 years or so is well aware of all the Percival's which just highlights that the original poster hasn't got a clue what he is talking about and therefore his comments should be treated as such

We do now.

Lawton, Brown, Atkin, Hughes, Gilmore, Owens, Whitty, Wainright, Butterworth, Ball, O'Brien, Teague, Buck. The three lads that play for St Helens Clare, Speakman and Percival left Widnes Scholarship after the club went into Administration.

Maybe you should get your facts straight and wind your neck in.
Agreed Vftb lots of talent in the names u named and all playing fantastically well atm too !!

  There has always been a large number of the better widnes born and bred players going outside the borough to play there rugby .
   The most common reason has always been money . The club , in the past , always thought lads should be happy to take less just to put on the black and white . Now when you consider how short your career as a player will be you really can't blame anyone for going where the money is .

No matter where in the world they played they were still  West Bank Men .

Who knows?  Saints produce loads of talent, but they are still looking at Ratchford !  So playing for Saints juniors doesn't guarantee success in their first team!

Btw, they were also after Gilmore!
