Only seeing watts even for only 8 mins its was enough to see that the guys exactly what we need

He very aggressive in the tackle and quite adventurous with the ball,we dont see many players chipping over the defence on your own 20 on the 5th tackle

I,like many,am really looking forward to watching anthony again

Hang on, I thought people were saying our 5 drives and a kick tactics were great? Which begs the questions, if our forwards are so great, how come we were stuck in our own 20 on the last tackle? and also what was Watts trying a chip + gather inside his own 20 when everyone on here the other day were saying how important it was to get into the arm wrestle and clear our lines - safety 1st in your red zone. What would have happened if Watts would have chipped it and it sailed in the hands of a Warrington player for them to run in an easy try? just sayin

When did Watts do a chip and gather in our twenty?

Try on the halfway line and you might be nearer the mark.

Watts was in his own 20 metre zone when he chipped the ball over the Warrington defenders regathered,
carried the ball to just inside halfway and then booted it into the opposite corner where the Widnes defenders pinned Wire
back in their 20. Fantastic piece of play and as someone said on here one of the most creative things we've done for years.

Surely this is fact NOT rumour?

It was rumoured that Watts hadn't chipped the defence in the 20 so I've put the record straight.

It was deep, deep in our half.

Not being a coach or professional tactician, my immediate thoughts were that our opposition were tackling well.
