U23s lost with last touch of the game.

Think it was 22-28.

Disappointing result and threw it away really

Grant Gore had the worst game I've seen!  Lost sight of the big picture!

I have watched a few games of t reserves and t nines and he seems to be going backwards than forwards.

Those comments are totally unfaiir my opinion. Grant scored 2 tries and was defensively sound, he never missed a tackle and is as tough as teak. In the last quarter he kicked out on the full and in the last play of the game he tried to grubber through they blocked the ball and it popped up into the hands and they scored. That lost us the game and we could have played out for the draw and I'm sure with hindsight he won't do it again.

To say he is going backwars is ridiculous. Let's be honest how must the lad feel, good enough to play against Hull but then has to make way for DR players who are no better than he is.

Unfortunateley he made too many wrong decisions.
Nearly every time he touched the ball he went himself.... There we're loads of occasions when had he passed it out we would have scored ! I think the left winger only touched the ball once in the whole game !! I know that this year is important for the lads careers .... But if they don't play as a team, and try to impress with one man rugby.... They will lose games !

I admit that its easy to pass judgment watching from the touchline... But I'm not mars-barring him off, the lad has real talent ... He's Just had an off day !

I think it's unfair to single Grant out. Plenty of others had off days but he is in a position where mistakes are more obvious. The main thing is that all the lads are learning and hopefully they will all have learned from this defeat and come back stronger next week.

I did tick halfback, but i think we need a centre, prop, and a hooker as important postions aswell.Coyle is a decent hooker and we have a few wingers, fullbacks, props, and secondrowers. We will probably take 60 or 70 % of this years squad, like it or not. Will Lunt,Hulme, or even Grant Gore interchange with Coyle?Scrumhalfs can play hooker and hulme can play their.Tomkins would be nice to sign. Smiley Hulme seems a good utility player who could play standoff, hooker, or fullback and non of us know his best postion.
your opinions seem to change like the wind 4 days ago you thuoght he was a firts team option. Huh

Sally i still think he has potential, it is upto him to work hard and keep trying to improve.Just i think recently been poor, and maybe down to his confidence?Does not help when dual registered players take his postion. Wink
