Lawton is a talented player but needs to lose lots of weight.Same wiv Jack Smith.Don't t training staff tell them?  Cheesy

Don't agree with your comment about Smith. He is a powerful impact player totally different to Lawton and is lightening fast for a prop.

Jack is a powerhouse and FYI the coaching staff do review the lads weight and that includes tasking them to put on weight not lose it. Adam will tone up and be a right handfull. Jack Smith is one of the fastest /bravest props ive seen with legs like tree trunks and he carries his weight really well - why suggest he should lose it Huh

As I understand it Jack Smith is does not play for the U18's as he is listed as a player with the Reserves.  As has been said he is fast for a prop and always makes good yards.

I am talking about Widnes Academy as the coach of the U18S and that is why they are losing. Cheesy Jack Smith was in the u18s but now in the reserves. He would be better if lost weight, as he has the talent and i prefer players who last more than 10 mins.

He is hardly carrying a load of excess fat. He is a fast, powerful player who scores tries and in my opinion would be a tremendous impact player off the bench. I have watched him for the last 3 seasons in the 18's and 23's. He is only 20 so in terms of a prop he is still a baby and has just as much potential, if not more than Mullaley.

widnesacadmey is NO COACH believe me - im a supporter and unlike you wouldnt been seen dead calling a young lad who gives his all every time he puts a widnes shirt on . Jack Smith has massive potential and I would worry about his current weight if he couldnt move it around the park. As for lasting more than 10mins Huh ive seen him put in a full 80min stint. What does ya wife say to you when only last 3 minutes LMFAO  Cheesy Grin
