On the basis of this season Roby ahead of Monaghan at hooker is a joke.

Ruby has been the linchpin of that saints team in a season of injuries and also a transition period of the club and he's been outstanding.

Man of Steel this year for me. Far more influential and consistant for Warrington, than Sam Tomkins is for Wigan, or Roby for Saints for that matter.

Surprised at centre combo. I'd have given those spots to Atkins & Bridge. I reckon they'll be in our 4 Nations side & yeoman will nowhere to be seen. So this Dream Team doesn't make much sense to me. I agree with Halton Viking on the Roby selection too. You have to consider that Roby has always been understudy to Cunningham & coming on as an inpact player. This season has been a totally different sort of experience for him being the starter & he's done it with flying colours.

Looks about right to me, similar to what I predicted.

Roby vs Monaghan always likely to be close but really Roby really stepped up in a weakened Saints side playing majority of game now too rather than spelling.

Yeaman & Carmont both been immense this year with Welham not too far behind either. IMO a fully fit Yeaman should definitely be in England side, one of best in defence too.

In the games I've seen this season Monaghan has been absolutely outstanding, agree that would be Man Of Steel in my opinion.  And good though Roby is the key player for Saints this season has surely been James Graham?

Why?

Because technically and tactically Michael Monaghan is the best player in Super League.
