Vikings and Centurions Reserves in Final Eliminator
Following their 46-22 defeat by Oldham Roughyeds last weekend in the Qualifying Semi-Final, the Vikings Reserves are back in action this Saturday when Leigh Centurions provide their opposition in the Final Eliminator.
The game which kicks-off at 2.30pm will be played at the Stobart Stadium Halton, with the winner set to face Oldham Roughyeds in the Reserves U23s Championship Grand Final.
Viking Stronghold / Season Ticket holders are reminded that this game does not form part of their 2011 package and admission prices for this ‘pay at the turnstiles' event costs £3 for adults and £2 for concessions.
Please note, only the South West seating area will be open on the day and turnstiles open at 1.30pm

Me to. Let's hope for a win and then another meeting with Oldham in the Final.
One thing I can't understand is where the Final is to be played. Somebody suggested that it would be played at Oldham's ground, why when I thought the highest placed team always had the home advantage.
See you at the Final.

Didn't go but I know someone who did. We won convincingly, the score was something like 44-18.

Glad to see Lee Hudson at hooker, as had a good game in the defeat against Oldham. How many of this team will be retained for next years u20s?Alex Gerrard,Gore,Josh Crowley,Liam Thompson,Tom Kelly,Jack Smith,Joe Clarke i think are ok as under 20 or 20.Do not know the ages of the others, but the future could be promising.Houghton i know has been released and Greg Scott.

Our First Team beat Hunslet away in 1999, but then had to go back there as they topped the League.
Same scenario ?
