Looks spangles tbh. No doubt its a major improvment from then willows, but for a brand new modern stadium compared to the like of Langtree park and LSV it does look really spangles. The one big stand is about the same size as our south stand and the other 3 look like a conferance football teams ground. And whats with the blue seats?

I thought Salford had the huge Manchester market to tap into? That's what they say every three years anyway come licence application time.More cow-spangles from the best in the cow-spangles business. This follows their state of the art iconic stadium routine which turned oiut to be a main stand surrounded by three bus shelters. Then there was the BBC moving in around the corner raising the profile of the club etc etc etc I see according to that link the club are denying the figure of 900 but don't actually say what the figure is.Probably 950 then. They shoot themselves in the foot by highlighting the vast population in their area because that only makes their low ticket sales look even worse.

I think it looks fine for Salford, quite smart.  I never got the 20,000 stadium for 3,500 fans idea as it didnt make sense.  This way with a 12,000 capacity it should have a good atmosphere.  It's a similar capacity to the LSV and Halliwell Jones, with both seating and standing.  Only thing I don't like is the blue seats, I wouldnt be happy about that as haven't Salford being working on this concept for years?

Looks alright. Nothing more, nothing less. It'll do them for the few years that they actually play there before they have to find somewhere else to play.

the problem salford will have is one of accessibility. at their current hovel many people just walk there whereas to get to their new ground they will have to go to the trouble of nicking a car first
