Now that's living alright!

You can now get MASH with the canned laughter taken out.

Is that a bit like Smash then Peter?

Borgen (another Danish offering) on BBC3 is shaping into a great series. Full of political intrigue, plots and great characters. I'm not really into politics but this series gives a great insight into how deals are cut behind the scenes and how spin doctors manipulate the media & earn their corn.

Really is clever stuff.

I wonder what Dennis makes of his other half's behaviour in the Big Brother house?

BIG BIG mistake from Dennis getting shut of Frau Dagmar, that woman had the patience of a saint, especially when she didn't get sorted by Dennis through the antics of Wayne and Barry in the Hotel Inter Continental.

NCIS, 24, Spooks. If Leroy Jethro Gibbs, Jack Bauer & Harry  Pierce were real people i'd sleep much easier at night!

Going back in time Hill Street Blues was an excellent series.

But it was not as good as Bluey, loved the prog, i remember Billy Butler used to mention it on his breakfast show and he used to say its the only chase where you will see the lead car indicating when turning corners. Pure class

Also seen The Boys From The Blackstuff series not long ago its purley a must to see again

Billy had Lucky Grills over and did a Bluey look- a- like contest in a club in Liverpool and he only finished 3rd....superb.

Got the boxed set of Boys from the Blackstuff and though it's a little dated now, George's Story reduces me to tears every time.

Now it looks as if I'm stalking you Mick, so as soon as I get my medication I'm off.  Cheesy

Making my way through The Sopranos - halfway through season 3 - its just galaxying awesome - I missed out on it the first time around.

Other stuff of note - Nurse Jackie, Boardwalk Empire, Hell on Wheels. I'm also watching Rome which is just brilliant as well.

UK produced stuff (you could argue Rome is UK - but HBO put the big bucks in) is no where near as good as the US stuff, but Spooks was good and Sherlock is the best thing the BBC has produced for years (its the only UK thing that I think comes close to the US stuff at the mo.
